Helen Foster-Grime today welcomed the Lib Dem Economic Recovery Plan. Helen said, "With the economic crisis, everyone is worried about the future. It is now time for action to help people and their families through these tough times."

The Liberal Democrats have called for 4 urgent changes:

1. Cutting taxes for struggling families

2. Lowering energy bills now so people can afford to keep warm this winter

3. Keeping people in their homes, so removing the fear of unfair repossessions

4. Lower mortgage payments and cheaper business loans through big interest rate cuts.
