Despite the damp conditions, Helen Foster-Grime joined many of the 'Help the Hatters' group on Easter Monday for another of their massive car boot sales.

Helen and her son, Alexander, arrived bright and early at 7am and helped with directing the traffic and selling items on the Help the Hatters own stall.

Helen said, "The Help the Hatters group, of which I am patron, does an excellent job in raising money to help improve facilities and equipment for Stockport County. The improvements they have made to the training facilities at Manor Farm are tremendous. The car boot sales are important as they attract people who are not necessarily followers of County and they provide an additional source of funding."

There will be another car boot sale on the May Bank Holiday Monday.
